The hotel is in a good location, close to most attractions and easy to find. Our room was really big and well equipped. The breakfast was ok, although not many things to choose from. There were couple of christmas market stalls next to the hotel and we could enjoy gluhwein over there.

The place was clean, comfortable and great for a family with kids. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good, right next to the U3 metro line and within walking distance to a lot of shops. It's really close to the aquarium/zoo "Hause de Meeres" a great place for kids to visit.

The hotel is situated on Mariahilfestrasse, right opposite to the metro station. Everything (shops, restaurants, main attractions) are very well reachable eihter by walk or by public transport. It was a little bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as the reception is situated on the 2nd floor of the building. The dining where breakfast was served is very tiny and we had to wait until we were seated but the staff was perfectly kind and the food selection was better than we expected. We had very spacious appartment with small kitchen, living room with sofa and separate bedroom.

perfect location, 1minute from metro U3 and in the centar of shopping street Mariahilfestrasse. Many restaurants, fast food and caffes are locatied in the area. Can be noisy in night because street is alive 24h,, Stuff is polite and proffesional.

Location/Staff/breakfast - all excellent. On the other end -was advertised as double bed room. we only hed two single beds.

The hotel is on a main street with lots of shops, near a metro station. The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a bunk bed and a sofa,bathroom with washing machine , 2 air conditioners, a balcony. Good breakfast. Every day they cleaned the room and made beds. The staff helped with everything we needed.

I booked this hotel during nighttime, when I asap needed to find new stay, when i was not able to get into my previouse appartment. The stuff was super nice and let us check in during nighttime, the room was really nice, clean, room service was wonderful, every night clean bedding, 24 h reception, super great location, i am very pleased and can recommend!

The apartment is a great size. Decent view out of one window. Kitchen was complete with clothes washer. The hotel is is a great area in the middle of a busy area with shopping and restaurants. It was a nice easy walk to the government buildings and opera house. The U3 metro is just meters away.

Location is superb, roghly 15 minute walking time to Hoffburg Palace, Metro station directly in front of the Hotel, lots of department stores and convenience shops. Perfect for traversing around the city by the foot and public transportation. The room was clean and quiet, we also had an access to the little terrace on the roof <3 And also it's accessible by the elevator so you won't have to worry about stairs. Breakfast was also delicious.
